  • DescriptionTo submit your warranty service request to NewHome Care Team, follow the steps below:

    1. Click here to create your account. 

    2. Select Service Requests to create your warranty service request. When you have created your complete list, click Submit to send your request for processing.

    3. Once your request is submitted, a NewHome team member will respond to both you and your builder.

    *If you cannot access the homeowner portal or experience technical difficulties regarding your request, please contact the NewHome Care Team.

  • If you experience an emergency warranty-related situation, such as no hot water, total loss of electricity, or complete lack of heating or cooling, please notify the NewHome team and then contact the appropriate contractor directly. Please refer to the sticker provided by your builder for the contractors approved in your home.

  • Appliance warranties are addressed directly by the manufacturer. Please refer to your appliance warranty manuals for more information. Contact Samsung Care for up to two years after delivery.
